Swati and her lovely family welcomed us into their home and taught us how to make an incredible meal including lachha paratha and chapati, dal tadka, cumin rice and chai masala. We tried jaggery and chikki (like a peanut brittle), poppadoms and Swati's homemade lemon pickle. Swati completely catered to food intolerances and preferences and talked though and explained everything as she cooked (also sent on the recipes afterwards). We felt incredibly welcomed and would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic food experience in Jaipur!”
